Delivery of Therapy & Counselling Sessions
- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times when payment or confirmation is received.
- Online Sessions: Access links (therapy platform or video call link) and any pre-session instructions are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of booking or before the scheduled session.
Delivery of Digital Materials / Program Access
- Access to e-workbooks, course modules, or downloadable materials is delivered via email and/or the client portal once payment is confirmed.
- Expect access instructions within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive access, contact letstalk@mannanandawellness.com.
Failures of Delivery / Access Issues
- Notify us immediately at letstalk@mannanandawellness.com if you do not receive session links, materials, or confirmations. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the client.
