Welcome to Mannānanda Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions  govern your use of our website, booking system, and the mental health services we provide (individual therapy, couple/relationship counselling, parenting support, and specialized therapy for grief, anxiety, and stress). By booking or receiving services you agree to these Terms. 

• Our services are intended to provide psychological support and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency medical care.
• If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal ideation, immediate risk to yourself or others, or a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. We are not an emergency service.

• By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• For minors, a parent/guardian must provide consent and be involved as required .
• You consent to receive clinical services, and to the collection and processing of personal data per our Privacy Policy.
  

• Fees for sessions and services are listed on our website or communicated at time of booking. Fees are payable in advance  via our accepted payment methods.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
• Applicable taxes and transaction fees (if any) are the responsibility of the client.
   

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session (see Refund & Cancellation Policy for details).
• If the therapist cancels, we will offer a prompt reschedule or a refund/credit at our discretion.
   

• All sales for sessions and services are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at the sole discretion of Mannānanda Wellness (see Refund & Cancellation Policy for details).
•  If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to reflect.
  
   

• Sessions are confidential and information will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or professional ethics (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, child abuse, court order).
• Confidentiality also does not apply to communication with supervisors or clinical auditors where case details aredisclosed.
   

• For online sessions you must ensure a private, secure environment, a stable internet connection, and device privacy.
• We recommend a stable connection and will not be liable for poor quality due to client-side technical issues.
• Sessions will not be recorded by Mannānanda Wellness without explicit written consent from all parties.

• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared.
• Inform the therapist of any medications or concurrent treatments.
• Provide accurate information to support safe and effective care.
   

• Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. If we determine a service is not clinically appropriate, we will provide referrals and explain reasons for termination. Fees for completed sessions remain payable.
   

• Content, materials, handouts, and digital resources provided by Mannānanda Wellness are for your personal use only. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission.
   

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mannānanda Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
   

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, disputes may be referred to the competent courts in Maharashtra, INDIA.
   

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
