Mannānanda Wellness provides psychological therapy and counselling services. Our policy is designed to ensure clarity around cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
No-Refund Policy
- All payments for sessions and services are non-refundable. By purchasing a session or program you acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be issued, except as specified below or as required by law.
Cancellation & Rescheduling by Client
- To cancel or reschedule without penalty, provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee (charged as a cancellation fee).
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full session fee.
Cancellation by Mannānanda Wellness
- If we cancel a session (e.g., due to therapist unavailability), we will offer you a choice of:
- A full credit to reschedule; or
- A refund at our discretion (processed to the original payment method).
- In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible and help arrange an alternative.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare and exceptional situations (serious illness, system error, duplicate payment, or as required by law), refunds or credits may be issued at Mannānanda Wellness’s discretion.
- Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Technical Access Issues for Digital Materials
- If you purchase digital materials or access to a program and face technical access issues, contact us at letstalk@mannanandawellness.com We will make reasonable attempts to restore access. Refunds for digital access will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
