     Hi, I’m Priyankka, founder of MANN ĀNANDA WELLNESS. My work is simple: I help you understand what’s really happening inside you, gently untangle the emotions and thoughts you’ve been carrying, and provide emotional support to feel steady, calm, and connected again.  With a foundation in Clinical Psychology, I support people through a mind–body approach that integrates therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.  I create a space where you can talk honestly, feel understood, and receive practical tools you can use immediately in your everyday life.No judgment. No pressure. Just clarity, support, and grounded guidance. 

    Whether you're experiencing relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, parenting stress, or a phase of life that feels heavier than usual therapy can help you find your way back to yourself.
